How do I buy the deal?

You must be signed into your PETching account to buy a deal. To register for an account you can either click the “register” button at the top of the screen or click here. After signing in, simply click the “buy” button on the deals page to buy.

I forgot my password?

To reset your password, click here. You will be sent an email confirming that you chose to reset your password. Click the confirmation link, it will redirect you back to the log in page on PETching. Re-check your email for your temporary password. Enter this in the password box when signing in. Be sure to change your password to something you will remember in your account page, here by clicking the green “show profile settings” button and changing your password.

How do I subscribe for the daily email alerts?

How do I use my voucher?

Your voucher coupon code is not active until 24 hrs after the deal ends. Once it is active, simply follow the instruction on the bottom of your voucher to redeem. Each voucher is different so be sure to follow the instructions. If you have any questions about using your voucher, contact us at info@PETching.com.

Can I get a refund?

Is PETching safe?

Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
